There are a number of things I want to add to this CMS. Here is a short list:

Great stuff. It's all coming together very nicely indeed.

I'm planning on using Croogo for the CMS parts of a pretty large CakePHP based site in the new year.

Can I ask, why are you bundling it with a copy of the Cake core?
Fahad said on Nov 02, 2009
because the app won't run without the cake core :)

I understand the app won't run without CakePHP, but if you bundle the core, you will have to release a new version of Croogo every time the core is updated.

Also, makes it slightly more tricky to install Croogo into an existing CakePHP app.

Not a big issue, just wondered about your reasoning :-)

Great job man!!

Looks like it has some touch of Wordpress ;)

Wordpress undoubtedly has the best admin interface. Drupal has better content architecture. Inspired by both of them.

Great job... any reason why the homepage has the title "Node" by default?

Hey I just launched my blog with your CMS, I plan on releasing the theme soon once I clean it up. I hope to help out developing it as well :)

just one word: WOW! I like your theme very much. you are probably the first blogger to be using Croogo with a customized theme. well done!

Thanks, I also modded the core a little bit to allow featured posts. I used the "sticky" column in the nodes table.
